Why is NextJump “Gung‐Ho” about Breakfast?

Breakfast can help set the tone for the rest of the day. Skipping breakfast or only having coffee doesn’t just slow down metabolism and cause overeating later in the day—it can make your mind blurry and body lethargic. Sugary foods should be avoided in the morning (a “sugary” food is one with upwards 10g+ per serving). Try hard‐boiled eggs, oatmeal, and low‐sugar/high‐fiber cereals, such as the ones we offer in our kitchens.
