NextJumper Favorite Snack Recipe

Ingredients: ½ cup cottage cheese, 1 dixie cup almonds, ½ cup granola, dash of cinnamon. Why it’s great? Protein in the almonds and cottage cheese are going to tide you over til lunch or dinner. The complex carbohydrate content from the granola is a slow-absorbing, long-lasting source of energy. The cinnamon will give it the sweet kick to override any sweet-tooth.
