Who Needs Resolutions?

New Year’s resolutions are overrated.  There are easier ways to be healthy without even trying, year-long.  Here are three ideas to try at Next Jump:


Pouring 1 cup whole milk into cereal… Pouring ½ cup skim and the other ½ whole. Saving an extra 30 calories every day.
Never doing cardio… Scheduling one session of 30 min cardio per week (bike, run, walk, row, elliptical). Burning an extra 300 calories per week.
Eating 5 dixie cups of snacks in the afternoon… Eating a grapefruit or apple and limit the dixie cups to 1-2 servings. Saving 450 calories per day.
