The J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge is approaching in three months.  Team NxJ Health (Marissa and trainers) will be providing 10-week training programs for beginners, intermediates and advanced levels.  The training plans officially start on March 21st.  In the meantime …

Not sure if you are beginner, intermediate or advanced?  


Who are beginners?

  • Never ran a full 3.5 miles before
  • Used to run and would like to begin a training plan again
  • Works out once per week

Who are intermediates?

  • Completed the 3.5 race last year and would like to improve his or her time
  • Can run 30 minutes non-stop
  • Works out in the gym at least 2x per week

Who are advanced runners? (All three bullet points to be considered advanced)

  • You competed last year with a time below 30 minutes
  • You are still running on a weekly basis
  • Structured work out 2-5x per week

Mark your calendars this year: Boston (June 2nd), NYC (June 16th), London (July 7th).  Stay tuned for:
