Fitness Challenge Rules

Fitness Activities

At least 20 minutes total activity at Next Jump – (mix and match!):

  • X-Box Kinect Dance
  • Wii Fit
  • Ping Pong
  • Batting Cage
  • Golf
  • Rock-climbing Wall
  • Gym Class with instructors or by self

How to Sign into the Fitness Portal

1.  After your workout, sign in at one of the authorized computers (in the gym or ping pong rooms)

2.  Select your name and sign in using your secure password (same as login for regular NxJ desktop computer)

3.  Select your instructor (if you used one), ping pong/Wii, or if you used the NxJ gym on your own

4.  Sign in immediately AFTER your workout. If you forget to sign in, your workout will not be counted

Unacceptable Logins

Below are a few examples of unacceptable logins:

  • Foosball
  • Walking to work
  • Signing in after working out at another gym or outside
  • Working out or playing Wii for 7 minutes and leaving
  • Watching other people play ping pong or workout

Teammates OOO

You can only be pulled out of the competition if you cannot hit 2x per week due to:

  • OOO (out of office for unspecified reasons)
  • Vacation plans
  • Illness
  • Injury (suggested that Captain be aware if teammate has been medically advised against partaking in physical activity)
