About Marissa

Marissa Beck, MS, RD has a passion for fitness and nutrition that is unsurpassed. She manages the fitness and nutrition programs that fuel a high performance culture. Besides providing nutrition workshops and lectures, Marissa tracks employee performance via nutrition counsel and employee fitness data.  She also creates weekly menu development for the employee food service program.  As a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Marissa enjoys the position as Editor-in-Chief of The Greater New York Dietetic Association (GNYDA) newsletter.     How are you? Are you still updating this site? I’ve been thinking about doing a nutrition web site too, but alas i feel like i just don’t know where to start. i think i’ve told you a million times i want to write, but have that same excuse. What are you up to these days??
